Return and Cancellation Conditions

By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are considered to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales agreement provided to you.
In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date they become aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
If the item purchased is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the provision of the service has started with the consumer’s consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
The expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the provisions regarding the “Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” as stipulated in this agreement.

The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount and return the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification, and to receive the goods within a period of 20 days.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason attributable to the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER proportionately to their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for any changes and deterioration in the goods or products due to their proper use within the withdrawal period.
If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER is not reached due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the amount of discount utilized within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.

Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, books, duplicable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be returned unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused in order to be eligible for a return.

If the BUYER defaults on payment made by credit card, the BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest to the cardholder bank and be responsible to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and themselves. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action, demand the resulting expenses and attorney fees from the BUYER, and in any case, the BUYER agrees to pay for the damages suffered by the SELLER due to the BUYER’s delayed performance of the debt.
